About the team
The EA global operations team is part of the Enterprise product team at ByteDance that supports Product, Business, and internal users throughout the lifecycle of EA (Enterprise Applications) products including development, launch, and iteration, with the goal of improving product quality, user satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.

About the role

**Responsibilities**:
System & User Support
- Provide on-call support to users and manage user requests via different channels
- Educate users about new features, systems and business processes
- Follow up with user inquiries and feedback and translate feedback into actionable feature requests to the product team
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify the root cause of issues or bugs and develop solutions

Product Operations
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, etc to support global deployment of ERP systems
- Conduct research to scope out business requirements; work closely with the product team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new product features.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Conduct data analysis and leverage user insights to inform product decisions

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in product support, product operations, product management, consulting, or technical program management
- Experience with deploying legal, finance, procurement or other ERP systems.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, and attention to details
- Strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and collaborate with all cross-functional stakeholders to achieve goals
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of in-depth interpretation through data analysis and qualitative insights
- Able to travel 20% of the time in EMEA

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Program management experience supporting large cross-functional initiatives in a global organization across time zones
- Understanding of deployment methodologies, e.g. GAP analysis, launch readiness, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python or other programming language and analytical tools
