**Length of the internship**: 5 - 6 months

Tasks

\- Professional and qualified sourcing for a great variety of job openings in all kinds of industries, incl. recommendation management, active recruiting via various online channels and social media networks

\- Conducting job interviews via video, phone or in person

**Requirements**:
\- Enrolled student (M/F/d) of business administration, social sciences or similar from the 3rd semester onwards, ideally with a specialisation/focus on human resources, or have a comparable qualification

\- Communicative all-rounder and have a flair for people

\- Excellent self-management skills

\- Enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics quickly and finding solutions for every challenge

\- Fluent in English and speak at least one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, etc.
