We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Specialist to manage our Germany ride-hailing operations, with a strong focus on building our fleet
- and driver strategy.

You'll be the central piece of developing our fleet strategy. From activation to retention, you will introduce relevant metrics, tools and processes and convert market intel into strategies and initiatives.

You will be working closely with the Country and Operations Manager, internal teams and our fleet partners, and your work will have a direct impact on the business growth.

**Your daily adventures will include**:

- **Creating**, **optimizing or even removing** processes - efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations
- **Form bonds** - Develop programs and incentives and sit down with our fleet partners to negotiate offers that make an impact for Bolt and our partners
- **Develop a sophisticated fleet management environment **using the power of your skills and experience as well as the support from local and central teams** **
- **Hands-on supply management** - working **autonomously** and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation and retention
- **Analysing data** - you will monitor our supply performance, quality and city operations metrics to ensure solid supply coverage and utilisation
- **Developing** **and executing strategies** to increase our operational efficiency, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the future

**What we're looking for**:

- You have 2+ years **experience in a key accounting or business development or similar client-faced role**
- You are a **strong collaborator** with **excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written) in **German** and **English**
- You are **highly analytical** and have a **data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills, **yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed
- You are a hustler, **not stopping after 50 obstacles a day**
- You are **passionate** about new technologies and how to change mobility in cities
- You have a **strong motivation** to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- You **thrive in a fast-paced environment**
- You are **detail-oriented and organized, **but never lose the big picture
- You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to **ensure supply growth**

**You will get extra credits for**:
