Deine Aufgaben
- Prozesse und Projekte managst Du gründlich und effizient und gerade im Bereich des Source2Contract bist Du für Ausführung und Optimierung von Prozessen unser Ass im Ärmel.
- Du kümmerst Dich um regulatorische Abläufe rund um das Procurement und verantwortest dabei nicht nur korrekte Ergebnisse, sondern bist auch in fachlichen Fragen qualifizierte Anlaufstelle.
- Die regulatorischen Schnittstellen im Rahmen des Third Party Risk Managements laufen dank Dir exakt nach Plan. Ob z. B. EBA-Guidelines, MaRisk, IT Security oder Datenschutz: Du sorgst dafür, dass der Procurement-Prozess in geordneten Bahnen verläuft.
- Mit exzellentem Analyse-Geschick bist Du sowohl beim Planen von Szenarios dabei als auch mittendrin in Entwurf und Umsetzung unserer Expertisen-Strategie.
- Und natürlich glänzt Du ebenfalls mit Kompetenz und Elan, wenn es darum geht, die Themen der Expertise intern oder extern zu vertreten.

Dein Profil
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Einkauf o. ä.
- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit sowie der Konzeption und Umsetzung von fachlichen Anforderungen
- Erste Praxis im Umfeld Third Party Risk Management
- Proaktiv im Netzwerken und im Sammeln von Sachverhalten und Informationen zur Maßnahmenableitung
- Analytisches, ganzheitliches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Spaß an der Arbeit im agilen Team
- Durchhaltevermögen, Lernbereitschaft
- Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
