As an Information Synchronization and Integration Planner, you’ll bring your communication, analytical, and planning expertise to work on projects for EUCOM. You’ll research, develop, analyze, and support communication products supporting theater readiness initiatives. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes. You'll integrate communication strategy guidance into command planning documents and support the command's information synchronization process by maximizing visibility and enabling timely decision-making. You'll prepare and present briefings and written products to staff planners and senior leaders and advise the client on the execution of communication strategies.

You’ll guide the work we do for EUCOM and the solutions we deliver impacting all-domain theater readiness across ranges and training areas, exercises, Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive systems, experimentation, and modeling and simulation.

**You Have**:

- 5+ years of experience working with communication, campaign planning goals, objectives, key performance indicators, and measures of performance and effectiveness
- Experience managing communication synchronization processes, and developing communication strategies and strategic messaging products
- Experience working with stakeholders and partners to develop strategy and execute content development
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and SharePoint software to develop strategic messaging products
- Experience with data visualization methods and techniques, and storyboarding and storytelling
- Ability to develop staff estimates and collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leaders
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- Experience at a Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Service Component, or other Theater Special Operations Headquarters
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
