**The business context**

Financial Services (Banking & Insurance) is one of the most important markets for the Zühlke Group. As head of the Market Unit Financial Services of Zühlke Germany, you have full responsibility of the revenue and gross profit of this unit. We see tremendous growth potential for our professional innovation services in Germany. You will accordingly define our market tactics and our growth strategy for the next 3-5 years, while having full access to relevant assets of the whole Zühlke Group.

You will take over leadership of an existing client and project portfolio, as well as a team of sales experts, engagement leaders and business consultants. You will be able to grow the business and the team in accordance with your strategy and the required talent.

With overall responsibility for the development and evolution of the market unit´s offerings, you will design and evolve a service portfolio that strongly positions Zühlke in the Financial Services sector. You will ensure that these services are backed by industry-leading consulting and engineering practices, well-documented approaches and methodologies, marketing assets and technology frameworks. You will also draw on the offerings that have been developed elsewhere in the Zuhlke Group and localise them to meet the needs of Zühlke Germany.

This is a multi-faceted, exciting role where you will act as a business builder within Zühlke Gemany and be the key driver to further accelerate the success story of Zühlke in the Financial Services sector.

**Your role**
- You define and iterate the market and growth strategy of the unit.
- You supervise sales and delivery management within your market unit. With this, you oversee the total client experience. You foster client-centricity in your team to win business, deliver and delight.
- Together with your team, you identify and realize sales potential for Zühlke by understanding market needs and actively managing the continuous development of the client portfolio, including P&L responsibility.
- You will respond to customer enquiries and RFPs - contributing to bid/no-bid decisions, be accountable to the creation of proposals and pitch them and engage in other customer relationship management activities (particularly with customer’s management and C-level representatives).
- You and your team will accompany our clients through the entire sales cycle: from solution-oriented consulting, proposal preparation and negotiation to after-sales activities.
- You and your team will be responsible for the content and successful pitch of proposals and will negotiate contracts with clients.
- You will ensure that our projects are proposed and delivered in a way that generates client value and client success. You may represent Zühlke in steering committees and provide an escalation level for resolution of issues for our client.
- You will ensure that projects in your portfolio have access to the required skills and assets for successful deliveries of client engagements. These might be developed under the control of the Heads of Practices or Capability Teams of the Zühlke Group. You will actively influence the recruiting strategy in terms of skills and capacity needed.
- You will be part of a regional market unit leadership team for financial services and enterprise clients. You will align globally with all heads of Zühlke’s financial services market units to identify chances for collaboration, developing global key accounts and driving our global financial services story forward.
- You will represent Zühlke in client events and as a presenter at conferences.
