LabMaker, a young Berlin-based company, is a maker and assembly service for Open-Source instruments. We are looking for a working-student responsible to support us with multiple CRM, logistics and procurement tasks.

**What will be your tasks?**
- Support in CRM, logistics and procurement operations
- Handling customer order management and fulfillment
- Participate in resolving customer queries and be an active player of various CRM tasks
- Participate in handling inbound and outbound shipments; documentations and tracking/follow up of supplier orders.
- Assist the team in ongoing business development projects

**What skills you should have?**
- A genuine interest in management side of an Ecommerce industry
- You are a dynamic problem solver with a business mindset
- You possess skills in Microsoft Office and basic computer proficiency
- Preferably, you are currently studying Business Administration or similar courses.
- Proficiency in English, German is a plus

**What to expect from LabMaker?**
- You will be responsible for taking up some individual tasks to gain practical experience of management side of an Ecommerce firm
- You will be an integral member of a small and dynamic team with flat hierarchies
- You will work in a flexible, tolerant and international atmosphere
- You will learn how a young and growing start-up works
