**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Bedarfs
- und termingerechte Beschaffung Hilfs
- und Betriebsstoffen sowie und Dienstleistungen des Werks
- Proaktive Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen
- Enge Abstimmung der Bedarfe mit der Instandhaltungsabteilung
- Umsetzung der EMEA Einkaufsstrategie im Werk Zuffenhausen
- Stammdatenpflege im lokalen ERP System
- Adminstration des Purchase-to-Pay Prozesses (Bestellanlage, Nachverfolgung, Rechnungskontrolle)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung PPG Global Policies entlang des Purchase-to-Pay Processes
- Budgetüberwachung und Identifizierung von Einsparpotentialen
- Admininstration der lokalen Ausgabe von Hilfs
- und Betriebsstoffen (Magazin)

**Qualifikationen**:

- Qualifizierte Berufsausbildung (Industriekauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbar) oder Bachelor Studium
- Praktische Berufserfahrung, mindestens 1 Jahr im Bereich des indirekten Einkaufs
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Einkaufspolicies, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung in NAVISION
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Gute Kommunikation zu Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher
- Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Fähigkeit und Motivation zur selbstständigen Gestaltung des Aufgabengebiets
