The BDR Team Lead will be a senior member of the Business and sales Development team, responsible for enabling BDRs to be successful in their roles by motivating the team and leading by example. Whilst this role is part of Aircall’s Manager pathway, the role will start with a small Outbound quota as we believe this is fundamental to understanding the Outbound role at Aircall and will facilitate the management of the team. Working closely with the Senior Director of Global Business Development, the BDR Team Lead will be an approachable, friendly resource for all members of the team.
- Manage a team of Outbound BDRs for the **DACH** market whilst carrying a small Outbound quota.
- Bring energy and motivation to the team by offering encouragement and leading by example, ensuring the team reach their monthly targets.
- Identify and assist in the creation of team incentives, to better drive performance across **DACH**:
- Be at hand to answer any questions the team might have in relation to sales-technique, sales-process, product or integrations.
- Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times, and escalate your inputs to Managers.
- Contribute to some strategic projects for the BDR Team.
**A little more about you**:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software/technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Previous experience in a Team Lead or Managerial role, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams a plus.
