Group Services (GS) is G+D's internal service company for IT, process management, and transactional services. With over 400 employees, we operate internationally at several locations and provide modern solutions, with a high degree of standardization and self-service. We are looking for a **Business Process Lead **in the area of Sales & Marketing to drive our global cross divisional Salesforce setup to be the next level. We want to extend the global Salesforce footprint with higher utilization of the existing processes and implement new global functionality as e.g., a global opportunity pipeline. You will be at the driving wheel to steer the team moving ahead defining new processes and ways of working.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- You functionally lead the Salesforce Sales & Marketing process area within the Group Services department Customer Demand Management.
- You take part in the groupwide business strategy meetings for early identification of process relevant topics.
- You translate the business strategy into achievable process features.
- You optimize and enhance our Salesforce processes
- You have a focus on business improvements, digitalization and bring outside knowledge and best practice on sales and marketing processes.
- You approach the business proactively with state-of-the-art technology and process solutions.
- You act as Product Owner and together with your business stakeholders you are responsible for defining requirements and their prioritization.
- You manage the alignment with the relevant Business Process Owners and offer strong guidance and consulting.
- You support and closely align with the Business Process Experts, Solution Architects, IT Experts and Key Users.
**Your Profile**:
- 5-7 years of strong experience in the field of Sales & Marketing
- Intercultural competence and capability to quickly establish solid collaboration networks with your Group Services counterparts as well as your business stakeholders
- Good understanding of sales methodology and its terminology (leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Salesforce and a strong process understanding
- Hubspot knowledge is a nice-to-have
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- High affinity for communication and interaction within the entire G+D Group
- Independent and creative attitude
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite, German is appreciated
- Readiness for international travel
