**Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Auftragsverwaltung
- Kundenanfragen beantworten und Kundenberatung
- Erstellung, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Angeboten
- Reklamationsmanagement - Analyse, Auswertung, Überwachung
- Überwachung offener Posten/Lieferquotenkontrolle

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Industriekauffrau/Industriekaufmann (*all genders) oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung (wünschenswert in einem Industrieunternehmens)
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, analytische/konzeptionelle Denkweise, gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
