**Start date**:2-3 months of onboarding in spring 2025 in Barcelona

**Hub Opening in Munich**:September 2025 with full employment.

**Why this role matters**:
As a Learning Guide, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing transformative learning experiences. Collaborating with the team of learning guides in the Barcelona mothership, you will co-create the program that nurtures a love for learning and equips students with essential skills for success.

**What you do**:

- ** Positive Mentorship**:building positive, trusting relationships with your learners and mentor them so that they can leverage their unique individual strengths to thrive.
- **Facilitate Program Design**:Co-design the program with the team in Barcelona and lead it to help learners discover themselves and create impact in the real world.
- **Learning Space Development**:Oversee the design and development of engaging learning environments indoors and outdoors, creating a dynamic space to learn and grow.
- **Parent Engagement**:Develop trustful relationships with parents by listening and communicating openly.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work collaboratively within a cross-functional, agile team with a high accountability and growth mindset.
- **Quality Assurance**:Gather feedback and surveys to ensure a continuous improvement culture by taking measures and continuous iteration. Ensure that learning is made visible for the community.

**What you bring**:

- ** People Person**:Empathy and respect for the developing personality of our learners with a strength-finder mindset. Demonstrated ability to connect and build trusting relationships with teenagers.
- **Lifelong Learner**: High level of self-reflection, growth mindset and curiosity. Demonstrated proficiency with AI and technology.
- **Innovative Mindset**:Capacity to draw from a wide range of agile learning methodologies, changemaking and creativity.
- **Sustainability Values & Nature Loving**: Alignment with SDGs and strong connection to the natural world.
- **Agile Collaboration**: Ability to thrive in an agile environment, embracing failure as an opportunity to grow and iterate.
- **Global mindset**:High English proficiency and experience working internationally. A basic German or other languages are a bonus point.
- **Experience**: 3-10+ years working with 16+ year-olds or young adults in innovative learning environments plus exposure to the corporate/entrepreneurial world.
- **Program Design & Implementation**: 3+ years of experience leading development of programs, with a strong understanding of scalability and implementation.
