**About HOLY**:
HOLY was founded by Fred, Matze, and Phil, who have been good friends for many years. Like many other people, we love soft drinks, but we were dissatisfied with the questionable ingredients found in most conventional soft drinks. We decided it was time to make a change and set out to develop a new, healthier soft drink product.

After eight months of hard work, we launched HOLY Energy®, which combines the delicious taste of traditional soft drinks with a healthier alternative. HOLY Energy® provides you with up to 6 hours of pleasant focus - without the sugar crash. Since then, everything has changed: HOLY started in a shared flat and now has more than 25 employees and 150,000+ squad members.

Due to high demand from our squad, we decided to develop a caffeine-free version. We teamed up again to develop a new product with lots of love and dedication. This resulted in our second baby, HOLY Iced Tea®, a sugar-free thirst quencher based on real tea. HOLY Iced Tea® protects you with valuable antioxidants and fiber.

**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- You will have close collaboration with our leadership team on a variety of tasks and projects, including research, analysis, and coordination.
- You will support, develop, and implement new initiatives and projects with full ownership.
- You will work in cross-functional teams together with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to further support HOLY's growth.
- You will conduct market research and analysis to give more insight into our strategic decision-making.
- You will work both strategically and hands-on at the forefront of the company, helping to tackle whatever issues arise.

**About You**:

- You are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- You have had 1-2 internship experiences in a similar role, preferably within a startup environment, consulting firm, banking industry, or related fields.
- You demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
- You are able to confidently communicate and articulate yourself in German and English.
- You can communicate transparently and have strong interpersonal skills, ensuring effective communication with team members.
- You hold a proactive mindset and you are not easily satisfied with the status quo - continuously seeking out new opportunities and solutions.
- You have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
