**Aufgaben**: Mercedes-Benz Mobility's (MBM) Data, Analytics & BI department operates and develops the MBM-wide, cloud-based Data Lake & Advanced Analytics platform Spire. We are one of the main drivers of the company-wide digital transformation by onboarding further global markets and offering E2E Advanced Analytics products. The department is also home to many BI reporting systems, the HQ data warehouse and smart solutions - like an AI-based forecasting software - which is already shaping the future of the Finance & Controlling area. In addition, we take on the higher-level function of the Data Office for MBM and play the leading role in numerous cross-organizational projects that focus on digitizing business processes. The team Data Platform Governance is responsible for the further development, standardization and operation of the Spire platform and acts as a key enabler for the onboarding of MBM markets data and products into the cloud environment in close cooperation with the Platforms Methods and Analytics team and the respective IT teams. Hence, we are looking for a data enthusiast who is detail-oriented, results-driven, and analytical with excellent communication skills. You will be part of the Spire team by further developing the existing requirements and guidelines to enable customers to join the Spire cloud analytics platform. Your tasks will be: - Design and develop training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, etc.) around templates, guidelines and presentations related to Data Platform Governance topicsDevelop strategy for stakeholder communication. Conceptualize, execute and manage regular stakeholder communication (SteCo) process for Data Platform GovernanceDevelop further existing content and processes and contribute with your own creativity and ideas. Create content for internal communication formats, e.g. articles for the social intranetIdentify opportunities to improve existing processes and increase efficiencySupport team members team by further developing the existing requirements and guidelines to enable customers to join SpireMaintain up to date documentation within internal communication channels (e.g. Social intranet, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.) **Qualifikationen**: - Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Compliance, Communications or a related field requiredVery good communication skills and proficiency in EnglishExcellent presentation skills and profound knowledge with conceptualizing and generating communication and training materialExperience with Product Management tools (Jira, Confluence) is requiredFamiliar with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban,)Communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teamsCustomer orientationMotivation and excitement for working in international environmentCreativity und innovative mindset and solution orientedHands-on mentality Additional information: Please find the criteria of employment "here".
