We are growing with the team and are now looking for two **working students** to support us with all kind of **Learning and Development** administration.

You will be part of the team L&D Process & Execution which consists of employees from Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. Our main focus is preparing, delivering high quality trainings and ensure limitless learning for the whole organization. Therefore we are working closely with the other Talent departments but also with our customers to gather their need.

**About the position**

As a working student you will support mainly the L&D Coordinators with all kind of learning and performance activities from preparation of trainings, sending participation lists or surveys, through uploading certificates and administer training history.

You will also support us with standard reports. You can work hybrid and be really flexible in your working hours during the week which is a good combination to your studies.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Based on the operational demand plans and ad-hoc training requests, you will support the L&D Coordinators to plan and coordinate the **delivery of trainings in and outside learning systems (LMS, Netcompetence etc)**:

- Pre-course coordination: send material and participation list to trainers, schedule training venues, handle waiting lists
- Post-course coordination: Handle training participation lists/managing course completion, upload training certificates from vendors
- ** Responsible for handling performance system tasks on a global level**:

- ** Surveys**:Continuously compile survey results from trainings and share results with suppliers and Learning Specialists
- ** Course catalogue administration**:Administrative support with the courses catalogues, e.g in SuccessFactors
- ** Administration of invoicing**: Review, reconcile and processing of invoices
- **Reports**: Support stakeholders with reports. Gather learning statistics to customers to report status on trainings, evaluations and other ad-hoc requests
- ** Preparation and Translation of information material**

**Ihr Profil**:
We are looking for someone who likes to work with systems, ideally talent systems like SAP SuccessFactors but also Microsoft Office. You have no clue about Success Factors? No problem, we will show you how it works. To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent stakeholder management
- and communication skills. It is also important that you pay attention to details and have a structured way of working.

You are fluently in speaking and writing in **English **and one of the following languages**:German, Swedish, Dutch**.

- Work hours are flexible, working student contract with up to 20 hours per week
