Als Global Repair Process Manager (m/w/d) im Geschäftsbereich Voice Solutions leisten Sie Ihren Beitrag zur digitalen und smarten Logistik von morgen Konkret werden Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere globalen Reparaturprozesse und -partner sein und intern deren Interessen vertreten; insbesondere, wenn es mal "hakt". Ihr klarer Fokus: Der reibungslose Ablauf unserer Kundenreparaturen. **Im Detail setzen sich Ihre Aufgaben wie folgt zusammen**: - Sie finden und etablieren internationale Partner mit dem Ziel zur Erzeugung eines globalen Repaircenter-Netzes für Hardware aus der EPG. - Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Belange unserer Reparaturpartner, sowohl für diese als auch interne Teammitglieder und Schnittstellen. - Sie bauen langfristige und vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften auf, bspw. durch eine proaktive Kommunikation von Neuerungen in unserem Produktportfolio. - Sie entwickeln international einheitliche Prozesse und Standards für die Abläufe der Reparaturzentren. - Sie kümmern sich um die Einhaltung von Vertragsvorgaben, indem Sie ein kontinuierliches Controlling und Monitoring entwickeln und durchführen. Ihr interessantes Profil runden Sie mit folgenden Qualifikationen ab: - Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT, BWL, Digitalisierung und/oder Logistik. - Sie haben Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kunden und/oder Erfahrung in Projekten im Logistik-/IT-Umfeld. - Sie sind bekannt für eine prozessorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen voranzutreiben. - Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, das sehr gut weiß, wie es diplomatisches Geschick mit klarer Kommunikation verbindet. - Sie reisen durchaus gerne für gelegentliche Besuche der Partner. - Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse.
