What you will be responsible for

As Business Risk Management, Officer you will
- Monitor and track essential daily/monthly/quarterly checklists, lead and provide oversight & tracking for our internal and external Audits, Attestations and Assurance reviews, Maintain KPI/KRI’s and build monthly metric views and dashboards.
- Responsible for Control recertifications, SLA management, and establish and maintain policies and procedures. Coordinate, lead, and document issues for escalation and resolution. The team also seeks efficiencies with daily tasks, and promotes best practices globally.
- Assist in integrating new products and processes into the organization by creating and enhancing relevant procedures and controls
- Complete outsourcing risk assessments for new products and business functions
- Assist in the development of reporting in accordance with regulatory requirement
- Collaborate with various global peers

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role
- 2+ years of Risk Management experience within the financial industry
- In depth knowledge of Risk & Compliance Management
- Strong collaboration, communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proactive and self-motivated, ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Know-how of collateral management is a plus

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required,
- 2+ years of work experience in risk management
