Als Head of Growth Platform Digital (w/m/d) gestaltest du strategische Portfolioprozesse und wirkst maßgeblich an der erfolgreichen Markteinführung unserer digitalen Produkte mit.

**DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN BEI UNS**:

- **Strategische Planung**: Entwicklung einer umfassenden Portfolio
- und Go-to-Market-Strategie, die die Positionierung unserer digitalen Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Markt sicherstellt.
- **Portfoliobewertung und Kundensegmentierung**: Analyse des bestehenden Portfolios digitaler Produkte, Identifikation von Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung von Strategien zur gezielten Ansprache relevanter Zielgruppen.
- **Markttrends, Wettbewerbsanalyse und Business Development**: Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbstrends im digitalen Bereich sowie aktive Identifizierung von Chancen für Geschäftsentwicklung, Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen und Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente zur Steigerung des Umsatzwachstums.
- **Entwicklung von Portfoliomaterialien und strategischer Ausrichtung**: Erstellung hochwertiger Unterlagen, zur Repräsentation unseres Portfolios sowie die Entwicklung strategischer Ausrichtungen zur Produktpositionierung beim Kunden.
- **Leitung von digitalen Projekten und Zusammenarbeit mit internen/externen Expert*innen**: Leitung von Projekten im digitalen Bereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Expert*innen sowie erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern im digitalen Sektor.

**DU ÜBERZEUGST UNS MIT**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich wie Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, strategisches Management oder vergleichbar.
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Portfoliostrategie, Go-to-Market-Strategien und -Umsetzung im digitalen Sektor.
- Analytische Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen im digitalen Bereich in handlungsrelevante Strategien umzuwandeln.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern im digitalen Umfeld.
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.
- Exzellente Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
