**WHAT YOU DO**:

- You will help raise the creative bar and set and maintain a consistently high standard.
- You will help establish strong client partnerships by playing an active role in briefings, presentations, reviews and events.
- You will deliver to a brief while creating copy that cuts through the noise.
- You will work with the account team and resource planners to manage the creative teams’ workloads.
- You will sign off on all copy-related topics.
- You will help manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across a variety of channels.
- You will promote and refine the working process across THE GAME.

- You must have proven experience as a Creative Director.
- You are a strategic thinker, a persuasive presenter and a considerate listener.
- You are a natural leader with the ability to get the best out of creative teams.
- You provide leadership, mentoring, organisation and creative direction for your team.
- You are a team player who inspires and motivates.
- You are able to communicate towards your team and the client.
- You have strong presentation skills that allow the client to see the potential of the work.
- You have a customer-centric attitude in everything that you do.
- You keep up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry and beyond.
