As a Consulting & Go-To-Market trainee at ITONICS - The Innovation OS, we bring you in the driver seat to understand the specific situations of different companies in varying industries and in a position to work with and advise the most innovative and influencing companies in the world.
In this program, you create real impact in a purpose
- and performance-driven company right away and be trained in three departments: Sales, Customer Innovation Success, and Account Management.
With your passion and fresh ideas you reveal your full potential, so that you can fully emerge in the department of your choice after one year full of new knowledge, skills, insights, and experiences.
**Your Day-to-Day Tasks**:
The Consulting & Go-To-Market Trainee Program is designed to develop top talents into a real customer and innovation professional. Within one year, you will get equipped with all necessary tools, professional and soft skills, on the job training, mentoring, and many more in these revenue functions:
Sales
You identify new upcoming innovation rockstars in large companies and leverage our strategically relevant research to open conversations with potential customers about their innovation activities. Further, you have the great chance to develop enticing account strategies to create predictable revenue streams.
By designing ambitious outbound campaigns using the latest tools to raise awareness, you develop your knowledge of foresight methodologies to make you an expert in innovation. Last but not least, you learn how to develop strategic business relationships with our most promising leads into large long-term partnerships.
Customer Innovation Success
Take this great opportunity to become an expert in innovation management and help our customers implement and pursue a cutting-edge 21st-century innovation management system. By unlocking customer needs, objectives, and use cases, you accelerate our clients’ innovation processes and ensure they deliver new business value quickly and continuously. You engage with customers and develop the innovation capabilities with sound suggestions, in engaging workshops, and by concrete action plans.
Account Management
You will build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and support in customer care and strategic consulting for existing customers including development and expansion of their innovation management.
You will learn how to negotiate at senior level on technical and commercial issues and implement customer engagement plans.
