Our first product, ChoViva, is the world’s first 100% cocoa-free chocolate. It boasts a delightful snap, smooth melt, roasty notes, and subtle sweetness. Natural, gluten-free, vegan, and crafted with only seven ingredients, ChoViva prioritizes taste and naturalness. It's also environmentally friendly, with a remarkably low carbon and water footprint, and ensures no deforestation or child slavery.

As Head of People & Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization as we grow and expand internationally.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership & Management: Direct and manage the People & Culture team, currently composed of 2-3 dedicated professionals.
- Cultural Cultivation: Drive the evolution of an exceptional company culture spanning multiple countries and roles.
- Team Expansion: Lead the charge in recruiting and expanding the team.
- Framework Development: Create and implement frameworks to elevate and solidify the company's culture.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and precise handling of HR processes.
- Compensation Strategy: Develop and optimize the company's compensation and reward structure.
- Communication Leadership: Orchestrating effective corporate communication strategies.
- Workplace Enhancement: Continuously improve work environments in collaboration with the office management team.
- Employer Branding: Forge a standout employer brand that employees are proud to represent.
- Location: Munich, with a flexibility and openness to travel.

**Your profile**:
**Desired Background**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience: You've honed your skills in the HR field and are ready to take on a leadership role.
- People & Culture Expertise: You've been on the front lines, either in the first or second row of a People & Culture team, shaping the heart of the organization.
- Startup Growth Experience: Ideally, you've been through the exhilarating journey of scaling a startup from around 30 to over 100 employees.
- Internationalization Know-How: You've navigated the complexities of expanding a business, particularly within Europe and the US.
- Team Leadership: You excel at leading and managing a diverse team, ensuring everyone thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Recruitment Mastery: You're adept at recruiting talent across various roles and countries, from hands-on operators to strategic management.

**Key Skills**:

- Emotional Intelligence: A high level of emotional intelligence to connect with and understand diverse individuals
- Cultural Fit Expertise: An innate sense of identifying individuals who align with team dynamics and values.
- Organizational Understanding: Ability to discern and meet the needs of both the organization and its members to drive success.
- Strategic Vision with Tactical Execution: Blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve set objectives.
- Culture Advocate: Deep understanding of how to shape and sustain a vibrant company culture.
- Advantageous: Qualification in coaching, particularly systemic coaching.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
