In the eDRIVE 365 project, we are developing a new ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 that will be heavily used in all our branches and in central. As our Process Owner for Marketing & Sales, you are responsible for bringing the B2C and B2B marketing and sales vision of Conti Trade into practice. You and your team will combine our existing approach with our management’s and your own vision of customer-centricity, which you then structure and translate into prioritized system requirements. These will be implemented by the IT side of the project together with our external implementation partner before you get them back for approval.

**Your Tasks**
- Translating the company strategy for Marketing & Sales into a modern and future-proof product, based on customer & user expectations
- Creating new standard processes everyone can work with efficiently, keeping as close as possible to the standard core of MS Dynamics and its surrounding tools. For that: Thoroughly understanding capabilities and limitations of the technical setup
- Based on this product vision, building a prioritized plan for the solution development and integration, solving upcoming functional conflicts as smoothly as possible
- Leading our business team incl. external consultants, keeping close contact to your key interfaces: Conti Trade Management, Business Architect, other Process Owners (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) & the development teams

**Qualifications**
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, or IT Management is beneficial. Comparable education / experience is also welcome
- Proven track record in Marketing & Sales. Business process management & IT experience are beneficial
- Leadership experience, preferably in international, complex and cross-functional agile projects
- Strong business acumen & digital savviness are required. ERP experience (SAP, MS Dynamics,) is a plus
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken). German and French are a plus
- High motivation to take part shaping the way we approach our customers in the future
- Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome._

**Additional Information**
As part of the eDRIVE 365 project, we are developing a new ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 that will be used in all our ~2000 branches. This largest project in ContiTrade's history so far not only enables us to offer our customers optimized processes and digital solutions through the unique combination of different system modules, but also forms the basis for future-oriented business models.
