sennder is a European digital freight forwarder looking for a Content strategist to join our global marketing and communications team. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a content strategist you will craft and roll out a multi channel, multilingual content strategy to raise sennder’s brand awareness. You will be responsible for building our content engine and scale production of multiple formats that will drive organic traffic, engagement and leads.
You are a highly analytical thinker with a customer-first mindset who is used to working with multiple audiences. You will collaborate closely with the business to identify needs, trends and data points and distill into appropriate content formats that will enhance the sennder brand and engage our audiences.
This role will be highly collaborative cross functionally with program management, product managers, and Sales teams to help distill messaging into a content strategy and communicating content strategy for campaigns.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL....
- Develop the end-to-end cross-platform content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term communication targets for the sennder group.
- Perform exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas and create appropriate content
- Define and own content brand guidelines for tone, style, and voice/writing style for all content
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to articulate key messages and ensure that content is aligned accordingly
- Strategize content pillars across mediums and plan an editorial calendar for all delivery platforms
- Understand SEO, keyword research, information architecture, and usability best practices to deliver targeted content
- Collaborate with the creative project manager and creative teams to implement the strategy
- Conduct content audits and help define ROI for content including improvement areas for strategy
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE...
- Proven experience in building and presenting B2B content in different formats/mediums from scratch
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills and editorial competency
- Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO),
- Strong research skills and understanding of digital B2B products
- Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data
- Effective communication skills and past experience of managing different content types
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
