Retail Field Coordinator/field Sales Representative-vaping Industry

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular visits to vape shops and tobacco retailers to build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers
- Ensure optimal product visibility and identify key accounts for deeper brand collaboration
- Monitor regional market trends and consumer preferences, providing insights to HQ
- Execute in-store promotions to increase product exposure and shelf space
- Support key retailers in transforming into brand-exclusive outlets
- Assist in organizing regional vape exhibitions, in-store events and other promotions
**Requirements**:
- Education: A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, particularly within the vaping industry or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with store owners and customers. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage your region proactively.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Familiarity with the local vaping market and key industry players.
- Language:Proficiency in German at native level required
