**A Bit about You**:
You will join a FinTech joint venture partnership with one of the biggest banks in Germany. You will create an impact by supporting the day-to-day work of 5 teams in building an insurance management platform.

**You will**:

- Act as a coordinator between 2 partners in the organization of schedules across internal meetings and external engagements.
- Help the Scrum Master ensure the teams in the venture embrace an agile way of working (transparency, effective communication, focus, and accountability)
- Help Agile team members facilitate workshops and moderate existing meetings, as well as create agendas and content for new meetings
- Help follow up on organizational actions and next steps.
- Help identify the needs of the executive team, helping to drive focus and accountability.
- Help identify the needs of the operational teams and proactively provide thoughts and suggestions.
- Help organize and plan socializing & team building events virtually and in person.
- Be the go-to person in onboarding and connecting people across 2 companies and keeping the venture healthy and productive.

**You have**:
2+ years of professional experience in organizational activities and assistant-related responsibilities

strong hands-on experience in moderation & facilitation of virtual meetings (small and big audiences)
- Hands-on experience with various videoconferencing and organizational tools (e.g. Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.), Google suite, Presentation software, Confluence, Slack)
- Strong communication skills as well as a customer
- and team-oriented mindset
- A high sense of time-boxing and responsibility, strong collaboration, and superb listening skills
- A positive attitude and enjoy working with people
- Experience working on all company levels including management and clients
- ** Fluent German & English skills**

**It is a huge advantage if you have**:

- Experience in IT / Tech / Startup environments
- Project management experience in any type of environment
- Experience with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
- A Scrum Master or any other Agile framework certification
- The opportunity to travel frequently to Frankfurt am Main (or are located there)
