Founding Account Executive

**YOUR MISSION**:
As our Founding Account Executive, you will not only drive revenue growth, but be the key person in taking our entire sales motion at Procuros to the next level. This is an awesome opportunity to leverage your excellent sales skills from your previous experience at B2B SaaS startups/scaleups, but to also learn how to build up a sales org and significantly shape the next company phase.
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Work directly with our CEO in taking our existing sales motion to the next level and lay the foundation for a high-performing sales funnel by owning and reporting on the sales performance goals.
- Own the full sales-cycle from prospecting to close and build strong relationships with strategic and high-value customers.
- Constantly capture and synthesize product feedback from our customers; and make product recommendations based on this.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have previously worked in a B2B SaaS startup/scaleup and know what you get yourself into.
- You have a proven track record of 4+ years in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline by generating new outbound as well as nurturing inbound leads.
- You have previous experience of closing 5-figure deals with midmarket and enterprise deals.
- You’re a creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are someone who is excited about technology, know what an API is, are comfortable selling complex value propositions and educating buyers on a new technology.
- You are excited to create and shape our sales playbooks, have a strong get-it-done attitude and do not shy away to execute on the nitty-gritty things.
- You are a naturally curious person with a growth mindset, constantly wanting to learn and creatively push boundaries.
- You care about people, are empathetic towards our customers and want to be part of a small and nimble team.
- You are working autonomous, independently and collaborative.
- You are idiomatic in German and English.

- You have worked in a similar field (B2B transactions, procurement, operations, retail).
- You have coached and mentored junior colleagues before.
- You have developed sales playbooks and/or processes.

**HIRING PROCESS**:
- ** Screening call**: You will hop on a short, 30 Min. call to clarify what we are looking for and hear about your motivation and excitement to kick-off the process
- ** Initial interview**: We have a first longer conversation to get to know each other and to see if there is a mutual fit. We will make sure to align on expectations about the company, the role as well as our motivations.
- ** Workshop and Challenge**: You will be asked to do a sales challenge and then discuss it in a workshop-like format. We will also deep dive into the focus areas and things we aim to tackle together in the coming months and years.
- ** Meet the Team**: The final step in the interview process includes meeting your team members.
