We are looking for a Field Service Technician (M/F/T) for Flowserve throughout Germany. You will carry out commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site with customers in Germany, occasionally abroad (worldwide).

**Your tasks**:

- Independent coordination and implementation of service and repair operations including reporting and documentation
- Support and service activities during shutdowns and commissioning internationally
- Responsible for organizing the required equipment (tools, PPE,...).
- Responsible for own HSE-related topics
- Training for service partners, customers, QRC, SCS and system operators regarding the repair and maintenance of fittings.
- Personal and direct customer support
- Collaborate with sales to ensure coordinated support for the customer

**Your profile**:

- Completed training in mechanical engineering or comparable.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Physical fitness
- SCC certification preferred
- Intercultural competence preferred
- MS Office, MS Teams, SAP R/3 and specific programs
- Willingness for further training
- Good documentation skills regarding reports and other documentation
- Ability to communicate well with customers and always present a positive image of the company.
- Stress resistance and solution orientation
- Willingness to travel extensively within the country and abroad
