**Your role**:
As Packaging Planner (w/m/d/x) you are responsible for planning, budgeting and optimizing our direct packaging materials. You are an elementary part of our network planning team. In your role, you are responsible end-2-end for creating an optimal packaging configuration and for reacting to all related changes and optimizations. You are the central interface for all packaging-related planning topics between functional roles such as Procurement, Food Safety Quality, Production, Intralogistics and Tech.
- **This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible).**

**Your area of responsibility**:

- You simulate and sense-check DACH’s secondary packaging configuration & usage based on ingredient BOM, volume forecasts and assumed parameters (required process, tooling and data foundation to be developed)
- You own the packaging forecast models provided on a SKU level to Supply Chain Planning & Operations as well as intra-logistics
- You monitor the packaging adherence (planned vs. actual) in fulfillment operations
- You coordinate troubleshooting in case of e.g. stock-outs, spec changes, and production issues impacting packaging BOM
- You optimize packaging configuration to reduce packaging costs while ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance in cooperation with FSQA
- You own budgeting process for packaging cost line items in close alignment with strategic procurement, intralogistics and other planning teams
- You monitor booking accuracy and write-offs for packaging SKUs and take corrective actions with intra-logistics & operational procurement

**Your profile**:

- You have gained first professional experience in supply chain management or in other planning functions
- You act data
- and process-driven, while always keeping an eye on the needs of the customers
- You work independently, structured and keep your KPIs under control
- You have a continuous improvement mindset
- You act in a non-political, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner, but are confident in navigating a matrix organization, especially through your professional communication and confident demeanor
- You are fluent in German and English
