For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Master Data Specialist (m/w/d)**
Your new job includes
- As part of the Master Data Management team, you will be responsible for the quality of master data. In particular, you will- obtain supplier and article master data through direct contact with national and international suppliers via data pool and Excel files
- derive training requirements for our suppliers based on the data provided and proactively initiate and conduct working meetings to improve data quality with a maximum focus on results.
- query our suppliers for new master data requirements based on legal regulations
- ensure high data quality at Gebr. Heinemann, especially through completeness and plausibility checks
- carry out the maintenance of quality assurance reporting
- identify and implement process optimizations in day-to-day business
What you should bring along
- A completed commercial apprenticeship
- First professional experience in master data management - ideally of article and supplier master data
- Good Excel skills and ideally data pool and SAP knowledge
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- A quick apprehension, team spirit and enjoy communicating with internal and external contacts
