As Working Student Management Consulting & Venture Development, you will join our journey and build your own personal growth path at conves: From conducting research and analyses to preparing presentations to attending client meetings and workshops - it will certainly never get boring Alongside the development on-the-job, you will benefit from a structured capability building program and inspiring colleagues to work with

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

You will be directly responsible to build and scale our company:

- Conduct research and analyses for ongoing consulting projects
- Work with complex models and develop your quantitative skillset
- Build presentations and prepare workshop documents
- Participate in client interactions and share your perspective
- Contribute your own business ideas and grow them

- Currently studying business administration, management, or something comparable
- Experience (internship/working student) in consulting or start-up environment is a plus
- Fluent in both English and German (mother tongue level for German required written and spoken)
