We are looking for a **ServiceNow Architect **in Düsseldorf, Germany

**Main Responsabilities**:
As a ServiceNow **Solutions Architect **youwill work closely with clients and leverage their ServiceNow expertise to develop overall architectural designs and technical strategies and roadmaps for ServiceNow implementations.

**Tasks**:

- Interact with client business and technical leadership to define and design ServiceNow solutions that meet the client's needs.
- Provide technical leadership for the development activities, which include planning, designing, configuring, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining the solutions for the products implemented on the ServiceNow platform to meet the client's business needs.
- Complete detailed documentation for architectural design of solutions.
- Advise where out of the box functionality can achieve a desired outcome instead of resorting to customization as part of the demand management process.
- Provide high-level estimations and guidance for breakdown of work into features, epics, and stories, including identifying the need for technical spikes.
- Work with the Product Management team to create working demos and prototypes as necessary, prior to full deployment within the ServiceNow environment.

**Requirements**:

- ServiceNow Modules: FSM, CSM, TSM & TSOM;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests;
- Expertise to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrate ability in maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools.
- Working knowledge in appropriate tools and processes is in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible.
- Experience with Telecom processes and working with Telecom customers in the OSS domain.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive design workshops aligned to ServiceNow and industry best practices
- Experience in migrations and system consolidations into a single standardized platform.

As a **Process Consultant** you will be responsible for creating and managing the entire set of Blueprinting activities in the transformation program.

**Requirements**:

- At least **10-15 years of work experience** **in Telecom Network domain** in the network technologies
- 3G/4G/5G/Fixed Line
- Must have thorough knowledge of all the relevant process areas of TmForum
- German language speakers with excellent communication skills.
- Collaborating with business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality.
- Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications.
- Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serving as business interface from the enterprises operational management team managing expectations and defining business satisfaction metrics.
- Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet ROI objectives.
- Understanding the long-term business objectives and suggesting strategies to meet those objectives, introducing innovation to business processes through technology if appropriate.
