Instructional Designer

Define training strategy and concepts as part of the product development process
- Initiate and lead training development project with key stakeholders in field and factory
- Creation of training modules using state-of-the-art methods and tools (as Articulate Rise)
- Rollout into global technical support organization - train the trainer concept
- Collection and evaluation of trainer and trainee feedback
- Analysis of training effectiveness and identification of gaps for improvement plan

**Requirements**:

- Technical qualification in Electronics/IT/Physics/Mechatronics or related
- Proven experience in Digital Media and eLearning development
- Demonstrated creativity in transferring technical challenges into effective training content.
- Proven experience as trainer in delivering presence and digital educational formats
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (required), German (want)
- Global teamwork skills - Structured and analytical thought process
- Can do attitude, proactive and self-disciplined
- Additional Experience in test and measurement as R&D, production or support engineer is a plus
