**Aufgaben**:

- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von strategischen Einkaufsstrategien für den indirekten Einkauf
- Erarbeitung und Einführung von digitalen Katalogsystemen für indirekte Warengruppen
- Beschaffung u.a. von Investitionsgütern, Dienst
- und Wartungsdienstleistungen, Produktions
- und Lagerequipment (Maschinen, Formen, Werkzeuge, Verpackungen), C-Teile, PSA, Verbrauchsmaterialien (Büromaterial, Möbel) in Abstimmungen mit Werks
- und Fachabteilungen
- Planung, Initiierung und Steuerung von Ausschreibungen
- Preis
- und Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen sowie Durchsetzung von Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen
- Bestellungen, Nachverfolgung, Reklamationsbearbeitung und Rechnungsprüfung
- Zusammenarbeit mit den dezentralen Einkaufseinheiten und Ritz-Werken
- Optimierung der vorhandenen Lieferketten
- Beschaffungsmarktforschung, und Lieferantenmanagement
- Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Optimierung der indirekten Beschaffungsprozesse sowie Stammdatenpflege
- Regelmäßige Dienstreisen in unsere Werke, zu Lieferanten und auf Messen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im indirekten Bereich Einkauf eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens
- Starkes Verhandlungsgeschick und selbstständige, proaktive und positive Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte analytische und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kostenbewusstsein sowie unternehmerisches Denken
- Hohes Maß an Entscheidungs-, Teamfähigkeit und Selbstverantwortung
- Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement
- Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und souveräner Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft zu den europäischen Ritz-Standorten und Lieferanten
