Responsibilities:
As the Head of Digitalization Production, you will shape the future of our production and play a key role in the digital transformation of our production processes. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a digitalization strategy for production, including identifying and implementing new technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, MES, Industry 4.0, etc.)- Leading interdisciplinary digitalization projects in close collaboration with production, IT, OT, and engineering, as well as managing change processes and promoting a digital corporate culture- Analyzing existing processes, deriving optimization potentials, and introducing, maintaining, and further developing MES systems for production control and transparency- Selecting, standardizing, and introducing suitable software solutions and platforms, as well as being responsible for the further development and global support of PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, SAP ECTR)- Leading and developing a team of Global Process Experts and integrating and optimizing CAD/CAM processes and systems along the entire value chain

Qualifictions- A degree in engineering, business informatics, production technology, or a comparable field- Several years of professional experience in the digital transformation of production environments- In-depth knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies and digital tools, as well as PLM systems, CAD/CAM software, and MES solutions- Experience in leading complex projects and interdisciplinary teams, as well as in the introduction and maintenance of IT systems in manufacturing- Strong strategic and analytical skills, communication strength, innovative spirit, and willingness to change, as well as fluent German and English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
