**What you'll build**

You will join the BTP ABAP Office team, which provides support to the executive leader of BTP ABAP and her team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Administrative & Coordination Support: Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and event preparation. Maintain user access rights and update distribution lists
- Meeting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare, moderate, and follow up on meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Document outcomes and ensure smooth communication
- Presentation & Reporting: Prepare management presentations, official documents and track & report metrics/KPIs using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and Microsoft Excel etc
- Communication & Knowledge Management: Create newsletters to internal audiences. Maintain, optimize, and update collaboration spaces (e.g., Wiki, SharePoint, etc.)

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Information Management, Business Administration or Computer Science
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint and Wiki
- SAP Analytics Cloud skills are beneficial
- Language skills: Proficient in English and German skills are beneficial
- Soft skills: Team player, creative, reliable, flexible, able to work independently, willing to learn new things / open minded
- Others: PowerPoint design skills are a plus, basic knowledge about SAP technology is beneficial, basic software development skills are beneficial
- Onsite presence in Walldorf/St.Leon Rot offices is required
