- 12 month Trainee contract

**MAIN PURPOSE**
- The main purpose of this role is to use expertise to identify areas for improvements and to support implementation of initiatives related to systems optimization, automation, improved visibility and reporting, using a fresh, creative and innovative view. In this role you will work alongside contacts at both local and international levels.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Reporting and Analytics**
- Support the data processing and the development of models and queries to ensure continuous improvement of reporting capabilities
- Supports the development of automated dashboards to ensure correct monitoring of performance
- Improve the use of analytics for business monitoring and decision purposes, as such proposes improvement opportunities

**Automation**
- Support the identification of data automation opportunities and the implementation process in close collaboration with our European markets and IT department in Switzerland

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You are doing a Bachelor/ Master degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or related disciplines
- You are highly analytical and detail oriented
- You have knowledge of Data Visualization (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI), Automation tools is a plus
- You are fluent in English, German is a plus
