Big Mamma is a french-italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 24 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

**Commis de cuisine / Kitchen clerk ‍**

**Your missions**:

- Working in a brigade where you'll be trained in all the basics of the trade.
- Prepare mise en place and take part in service in a dynamic environment.
- Develop your technical knowledge of different types of preparation, cooking and use of kitchen equipment.
- Manage priorities and communicate with the rest of the team.
