Sales Operations Expert(f/m/d)

You manage the end-to-end contract and order lifecycle in Salesforce and eGecko, ensuring accurate configuration, approval, and record-keeping per company policy.
You collaborate with Sales and Marketing to facilitate seamless quote-to-contract workflows, ensure accurate documentation, and prepare for subsequent processes.
You serve as the main operational contact among Sales, Legal, Finance, PSO, and GSO to ensure clarity and alignment on priorities.
You design and optimise sales processes for opportunity management, quoting, pricing, contract validation, and data governance.
You utilise Salesforce CRM and eGecko for tracking contracts and opportunities. Support system improvements and data accuracy initiatives with Salesforce and eGecko Admins.
You complete and validate all contract and order data before handing it off to the AR and PSO/GSO teams.
You provide clear updates on deal progress, contract status, and pipeline management to Sales leaders and related teams.
You’ll act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, Professional Services, and Global Support Operations, ensuring operational excellence until handover to the AR team.
Because you have a lot to offer
You have 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Order Management roles within a B2B or SaaS organisation.
You have deep experience with Salesforce CRM; hands-on familiarity with contract management systems like eGecko preferred.
You have a strong understanding of the quote-to-contract process, sales lifecycle, and cross-functional dependencies.
You have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
You have strong written and verbal communication, with experience documenting and rolling out processes.
You have experience with Salesforce CPQ and similar quoting/configuration tools.
You have familiarity with SaaS pricing models and sales motions (new business, renewals, upsell).
You have project or program management experience in a sales or go-to-market environment.
You have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
