Would you rather check something three times than let it leave your hands unfinished? If this sounds like you, you are welcome to join us Our Patent group is a small, specialist team with short lines of communication, a pleasant work atmosphere and the opportunity to work from home. Following a structured, thorough induction into the various topics, you will support our administration with the following tasks on a part-time basis:

- Handling formal documents (e.g. patent assignments, powers of attorney, inventor declarations)
- Administration of documents using our patent management software, paying particular attention to the registration of deadlines and procedures in the patent files
- Double checking and being a second set of eyes with regards to updating patent records and monitoring deadlines

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Professional education as a paralegal or patent paralegal
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Background in office administration
- Proactive attitude with keen attention to details
- Very diligent and self-sufficient working style
- Curiosity and willingness to learn the most relevant aspects of patent law
- Good written and oral English skills and, if not a German native speaker, the willingness to learn German
