**Then come and join our global team**and write your Master's thesis on the topic of researching AI-driven flipped training concepts in a corporate learning environment.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will help develop and evaluate an innovative training concept: the AI-driven flipped training model. This concept combines the principles of flipped classroom and inquiry-based learning with AI-powered personalization to create an engaging, scalable and efficient learning experience
- As a Master's student, you will designand validate this concept and your tasks will include:
- Structuring and refining the conceptual framework
- Conducting a feasibility study (technical, didactic and organizational)
- Designing and developing a simple prototype (e.g. based on existing web-based training)
- Optional: Planning or conducting a pilot phase to evaluate the concept in practice

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You are a Master's student in educational technology, instructional design, computer science, psychology or a related field (with didactic background knowledge)
- You are interested in digital learning, AI and innovative training methods; ideally you already have some experience with new technologies/AI tools (e.g. Copilot, etc.)

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have very good written and spoken skills in English, German is a plus
- Your independent, structured way of working and strong communication skills set you apart
