**Your role**
- Supporting the Country Head GCS “Group Corporate Services” in the day-to-day management in a fast changing working environment.Are you an expert in Management Support, focus on building trust and valued relationship with the Team and customers as partners ?
- We’re looking for a deputy for the GCS Country Lead Germany (Group Corporate Services) to:
- Support the local GCS Country Lead in daily tasks especially in organizing and supervising external providers, contract and risk management, including service management and cost effectiveness
- Be an inspiring team leader to several internal GCS facility and service management roles and enable the team for continuous best in class service delivery
- Ensure proper process management is implemented and up-to-date as well as ensuring tasks follow-up through dedicated GCS tools
- Manage and resolve incidents and risk issues
- Manage 'front-to-back' a wide variety of vendors and contracts, creating and monitoring industry competitive and peer-benchmarked performance
- Ensure that the strategies of GCS EMEA, UBS Germany and UBS Europe SE are executed
- Proactively identify enhancements of the operating model and ensure cost and efficiency targets are met
- Support and develop the UBS Environment Management System
- Provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications, ensuring appropriate communication

As a Deputy of the GCS Country Lead, you’ll play an important role in supporting on the daily challenging and exciting tasks.

**Your expertise**
- University degree (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years-experience & track record in similar roles
- Broad knowledge of services management and comfortable with interacting at all levels of a business across geographies and cultures
- Strong Leadership through content and project expertise
- Proven conceptual know-how and strong analytical skills
- Good skills in presentation and negotiation track record
- Proven ability to lead people and organizational change, self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong conflict resolution and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Passionate about a client-oriented service culture
- An excellent communicator - fluent in English & German language
- Presentation skills in supporting training of staff e.g. in our Environmental Management System
