Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee a unified global proposal process across all Evotec sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency.- Implement and manage key commercial tools to streamline the sales process and drive effective execution.- Guarantee that customers consistently receive exceptional service from Evotec.- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure commercial targets are met, including proposal turnaround times.- Partner with commercial leadership to operationalize go-to-market strategies. Act as the primary liaison between legal and other commercial teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Qualifications:
- Operational Background in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO Industries: Extensive experience in senior executive roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or contract research organization (CRO) sectors, with a strong understanding of operational challenges and strategic priorities.- Project & Commercial Management Experience: Proven ability to manage complex projects, optimize commercial processes, and lead proposal development, CRM systems, and sales operations.- Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring effective execution across departments.- Customer & KPI Focus: Demonstrated ability to deliver premium customer service while driving commercial performance through optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs).- Legal & Communication Skills: Expertise in navigating legal and regulatory landscapes within commercial operations, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
