Hey, are you searching for an exciting working student activity where you can gain valuable insights into our ContiLifeCycle? Then we have just the right opportunity for you

Starting from February we are looking for you to support our ContiLifeCycle team for a period of 12 months with an average working time of 20 hours per week. We will mainly need you on-site in Hannover. However, we understand that there may be days where you prefer to work from home. Therefore, we will find a solution that works for all of us - remote working hours are possible in consultation with your supervisor.

You will collaborate closely with our motivated and international team to enhance Retread operations. Your contributions will help improve the efficiency of our internal stakeholders and optimize their processes.

What can you expect from your time with us:

- You are responsible for capturing and analyzing current status of existing key retread processes
- Support us in establishing of comprehensive reporting on retread-related costs per market and identifying patterns and commonalities
- You will participate in the development and implementation of standardized casing cost monitoring for all relevant aspects
- Assist us in the creation of a reporting structure for key performance indicators to better manage casing operations

**Profile**:
Are you wondering if you are suitable for the ContiLifeCycle working activity? Here are important qualifications we are looking for:

- You are studying in the field of Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, International Business or comparable field of study, so that you have basic knowledge in our area of expertise
- You should be highly interested in Sustainability, Data Analytics and Process Design
- You should be familiar with the popular MS Office programs, especially knowledge in Power BI would be an advantage
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential (German language skills would be a plus)

In addition to these technical requirements, we are also looking for specific qualities and skills:

- You are independent, goal-oriented and structured and know how to work effectively without losing track
- Analytical thinking is also an advantage and can help you solve tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential for this position - after all, we always work together to find solutions
