An Ocean Export Agent is immediately required for a client in Frankfurt.

This role will involve overseeing the coordination and movement of our customer’s ocean import shipments. You will be the main point of contact and dealing with all documentation throughout the process.

**Essential Duties**:

- Experience of Ocean Export procedures and documentation from start to finish.
- Pricing and Negotiation experience
- Act as the primary point of customer contact for assigned accounts
- Coordinate bookings from Importers and overseas offices to final destination
- Closely monitor & follow up on shipments
- Update the customer with shipment status
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes and recommend services based on customer needs
- Work closely with the Customs Broker to follow up on clearance
- Obtain rates from overseas offices and vendors
