Your key responsibilities Join our global SCM team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across 14 production sites worldwide. This is an opportunity to drive impactful projects, standardize processes, and enable sites to achieve operational excellence while facilitating global S&OP executive meetings. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a robust, future-ready supply chain. - Shape the S&OP process roadmap by co-creating strategies with key stakeholders and converting them into actionable projects. - Define KPIs and measures to guide operational success at production sites and communicate performance targets (e.g., forecast accuracy). - Lead project rollouts across 14 production sites, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Provide tools and standardized processes to empower sites with the resources needed for seamless operations. - Align with global SCM initiatives by participating in cross-functional projects to ensure integrated strategies. - Facilitate executive S&OP meetings by coordinating content from production sites and enabling effective decision-making. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for process enhancements and cost efficiencies. - Foster collaboration with corporate functions to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment across departments. **Profile**: - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Multiple years in supply chain management with expertise in demand and capacity balancing, as well as S&OP processes. - Proven success in managing cross-site rollouts and implementing systems and processes. - Proficiency in supply chain management tools, with SAP knowledge as a strong advantage. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to design KPIs and performance metrics. - Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication abilities. - A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and sites. - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. - Willingness to travel regularly for business needs.
