We, at Seven for all Mankind, are excited to be expanding our team in **Wertheim.**

We propose the amazing opportunity to join us as **Sales Associate** (30 hours per week).

**How you’ll make a difference**
- We expect that our Sales Associate will assist in maximizing sales, achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress/results against key targets;
- Increasing KPI’s and drive/promote merchandise categories;
- Support in foster a customer centric approach and develop a selling behavior within the store by building a loyal customer base, understanding customer needs and engaging customers in conversation;
- Build meaningful connections with customers, create a lasting impression and ensure each customer receives an individualized experience tailored to their needs;
- Making sure the store looks in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.

**Your Profile**
- At least 2 years proven experience as Retail Sales Associate;
- Great ability and interest in interacting with customers. Resilient and self-driven approach as well as able to put in place a centric customer approach;
- Ability to foster passion and Company vision to make every shopping experience outstanding;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English. Any other language is a plus;
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems.

Moreover, the Company gives to each Employee an incentive plan based on quarterly objectives with 3 different touchpoints: 90%, 100% and 110%. Depending on the goals reached, each Employee will receive a bonus at the end of the quarter.
