**Job Description**:
The Teltow location designs and manufactures electronic components, mainly based on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. Most products are customer specific. Our site includes production areas with different clean room classes for the frontend (wafer manufacturing) and backend (assembly) areas. The production also includes extensive RF test equipment. We are internationally active in the areas of mobile communications, industrial electronics, aerospace, defense and sensor technology.

Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering, you will be part of the Process Engineering team. As a Process Technician, Frontend Process Engineering, you will support the production and contribute to the optimization of existing and the development of new processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance, process control and analysis.

This position will expose you to a wide variety of process engineering challenges related to the development of manufacturing technologies for Surface Acoustic Wave filters and oscillators.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

- Support of the frontend processes for SAW filters and oscillators, incl. development and maintenance of the equipment and tools.
- Support of Process Engineering team regarding yield improvement, process development and optimization, as well as data collection and evaluation.
- Contribution to the requirements of new and optimized equipment specifications and related tooling.
- Strong technical interest to increasingly take over responsibilities for processes and manufacturing equipment.
- Willingness and ability to collaborate with other relevant departments to ensure high productivity in Process Engineering.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Completed technical apprenticeship program required
- relevant working experience would be appreciated

Competencies:

- Experiences in manufacturing technologies for electronic components
- Experiences in frontend equipment and processes are desirable
- Hands-on approach to support technical evaluations and experiments
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
- Capacity for teamwork and high level “soft skills”
