  • Provide comprehensive support and guidance to employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR processes and systems.
  • Contribute to various HR projects with innovative ideas and practical solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, such as handling job evaluations, preparing employment contracts, and ensuring smooth coordination of outsourced HR tasks.
  • Navigate and manage HR-related matters within a unionized (IG Metall) environment.

**Your profile**

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within a large multinational enterprise.
  • You have a proven track record of consistently delivering a high-quality employee experience and advancing the HR function.
  • You are familiar with working in a unionized environment, ideally IG Metall.
  • You are comfortable operating in a dynamic, start-up environment with ambitious headcount growth targets.
  • You can effectively bridge the gap between large enterprise practices and the agile needs of a start-up.
  • You have strong communication skills in German and English (C1 - full professional proficiency).

**Skills and experience to set you apart**

  • Experience working in a start-up, in addition to your large enterprise background.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Personio.
