Your Mission

As a working student in virtual assistant domain, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student - Project Support to support us in day-to-day project support & coordination tasks. This is a unique opportunity for a student with a strong engineering foundation and business understanding.

Sneak preview of your future tasks
- Support in Virtual Assistant related project activities and delivery coordination.
- Create and maintain Mural boards and visual workflows, manage Jira dashboard and confluence documents.
- Support the development of roadmaps, project updates, and alignment materials.
- Support in translating strategic direction and vision into actionable summaries or materials.
- Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely execution of action items.
- Test coordination together with Test Lead.
- Target time (testing in a car) preparation.
- Help shape and structure cross-functional project communication.
- Assist in preparing content for leadership reviews and cross-team briefings.
- Bring an analytical mindset to help improve internal processes and project alignment.

Your Profile

**Education**:

- Currently pursuing a master’s degree, ideally an MBA with a background in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, or related).
- Enrolled at a recognized university in Germany.

Experience & Skills:

- Good understanding of Software Development and agile framework.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Miro/Mural, Office 365, and general productivity tools.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical input into concise, high-impact materials.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Previous exposure to engineering or tech-driven environments is a strong plus.

Nice to have:

- Good understanding of software development.
- Passion for Engineering and Project Management

- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
