Head of Supply Operations

Reporting to the VP of Central Operations, as **Head of Supply Operations,** you will be responsible for defining strategy, objectives, roadmap and activities of the Supply Operations team, in coordination with other central and local teams.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Ownership of primary output supply KPIs - Active Drivers and Supply Hours. Driver Earnings should also be monitored in conjunction with other central teams.
- Overall ownership of driver segmentation and driver proposition delivery.
- Responsibility for delivery of New Active Driver and Activation funnel KPIs and for all supply engagement KPIs (Driver Churn, Reactivation and NPS) and EV Transition target delivery.
- Supporting local Key Account Management through the deployment of improved central support capabilities including Fleet Owner UX, segmentation and CRM strategies.
- Lead project management roadmap of the area, defining main axes, lines of actions and initiatives, ensuring an efficient allocation of resources, identifying risks and deploying the necessary actions to mitigate them.
- Build and maintain a high performing team, fostering the alignment of the department and other cross functional areas of Free Now. To guarantee this alignment, it is estimated to travel 20/25% of the time.
- Promote the alignment of the central initiatives to the local reality in each Free Now market, fostering relationships between central and local teams, to ensure best practices deployment and knowledge transfer.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- You have a natural ability to define and manage several projects and activities at the same time, defining priorities and guiding the team towards the key objectives defined in each quarter.
- You are self-confident and you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to successfully manage cross functional teams.
- You have leadership skills and you are able to engage with a variety of different teams and stakeholders.
- You are process oriented and you are always looking to understand how performance and activities can be improved.
- You are self-motivated and you have a strong desire for new challenges within a growth stage company. You are happy dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in growing a business.
- You are an excellent communicator and you have great presentation skills, who can convey the detailed aspects of complex processes and requirements in a clear, concise and engaging way.
- You speak fluent English (German, French or Spanish are a plus).
